1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Neurova's website and online learning programmes. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Neurova operates from 88 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. References to "Neurova", "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms refer to this entity.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of the agreement between you and Neurova.
2. Programme Descriptions and Scope
Neurova offers three online learning programmes:
- Introduction to AI Concepts — a self-paced introductory course covering the core ideas behind modern AI systems. Fee: RM 480.
- Applied Python for AI — an eight-week online programme on Python tooling used in AI work. Fee: RM 1,650.
- Full Project Track — a six-month structured programme guiding participants through a portfolio of applied AI projects. Fee: RM 4,600.
All three programmes are delivered entirely online. None of the programmes constitute a formal academic qualification or nationally accredited credential. Completion of any programme does not entitle participants to any professional certification, licence, or academic standing. The programmes are educational in nature.
Neurova reserves the right to update programme content from time to time to keep it current. Changes to core structure, duration, or pricing will be communicated to enrolled participants before they take effect.
3. Eligibility and Enrolment
To enrol in any Neurova programme you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrolment
- Provide accurate information during the enrolment process
- Have the right to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or an agreed payment arrangement, where applicable) and a confirmation communication from Neurova. We reserve the right to decline any enrolment request at our discretion.
Prerequisite knowledge for each programme is described on the Solutions page. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you meet the prerequisites before enrolling.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Fees for each programme are listed on our website and will be confirmed to you during the enrolment process.
Payment is due in full before access to programme materials is granted, unless Neurova has agreed in writing to a phased payment arrangement. Payment details and accepted methods will be shared with you at the point of enrolment.
Fees are not transferable to another person or another programme without prior written agreement from Neurova.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by participant
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. The following applies:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund, less any payment processing fees
- Cancellation within 14 days of the programme start date but before the programme has begun: 50% refund
- Cancellation after the programme has commenced: no refund is available
For self-paced programmes (Introduction to AI Concepts), "programme start date" is taken as the date materials are first accessed by the participant.
Cancellation by Neurova
Neurova reserves the right to cancel a programme intake if there are insufficient enrolments, or due to circumstances outside our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
6. Participant Conduct
By enrolling in a Neurova programme, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors, support staff, and other participants in all discussion threads and live sessions
- Submit work that is your own, without presenting the work of others as your own
- Not share access credentials to the programme platform with any other person
- Not reproduce or distribute Neurova course materials without written permission
- Not use the learning environment to post content that is offensive, unlawful, or unrelated to the programme
Neurova reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if these conduct expectations are seriously or repeatedly breached.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, written content, recorded walkthroughs, exercises, and programme resources are the intellectual property of Neurova. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own learning during the programme period. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Neurova materials.
Work you produce as part of a programme — including submitted projects, notebooks, and written reflections — remains your own. By submitting work to Neurova, you grant us a limited licence to review it, provide feedback, and use anonymised or aggregated examples for internal quality and curriculum development purposes. We will not publish or share your work externally without your explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Neurova's programmes are provided for educational purposes. We do not make any representations about employment outcomes, salary prospects, or professional advancement that may or may not result from completing a programme.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Neurova's total liability to you arising from or related to your use of our website or participation in a programme will not exceed the fee you paid for the relevant programme.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in a programme or use of our website, including loss of data, loss of earnings, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
9. Programme Access Period
Access to course materials is provided for the duration of the programme and for a period of 30 days following the programme end date. After this period, materials may no longer be accessible. If you require extended access, please contact us before the end of your access period.
We recommend that you retain copies of your own submitted work and any materials you wish to refer to after the access period ends.
10. Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate programme enrolment. You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website to transmit any unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or engage in any conduct that may disrupt or damage the site or its users.
We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors. We will endeavour to restore access promptly in the event of an outage.
11. Changes to These Terms
Neurova may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For enrolled participants, material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Neurova's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
